Established in 2004, Island Bar & Grill has been bringing great food, cold craft beer, live music, sporting events, and friendly service to the Myrtle Beach area for years. Great environment. Excellent drinks. Amazing staff! We happened upon this place and were made to feel welcomed from the time we stepped foot through the door until the moment we left. Both bartenders were prompt and super friendly. Great vibes. Better people. 10/10 recommend!

We live close by and every time we come by the food and staff is so pleasant. We're lucky to have them close to our home. The food is always great; staff and service is excellent. Their aptitude and personality is magnetic and you'd want to come back for the service. Friendly and fun atmosphere. Dont forget dart nights :)

Being a person that absolutely loves to try different food I find that the wings are my go-to. This place was definitely not a letdown! The wings here are great in size and value. The variety of different types of seasoning is an added bonus. The one thing that really surprised me was their homemade blue cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive definitely a great place in a go-to!
